Welcome to the world of Glenwood Junior Primary. At our school we endeavor to equip children for life. We address the development of the whole child: physically, academically and socially. Being one of the few junior primary specialist schools remaining, the children are given the opportunity to grow and lead within the JP sphere, giving them a solid foundation of skills and confidence to proceed to the SP phase.

The main emphasis in the classroom is teacher facilitated group work where dynamic learning occurs. Social skills are developed as they discuss and begin to find solutions to given problems and make deductions through this processes in which learning through action becomes internalised learning not just rote learning.
